We have a sympathetic and extensive understanding of Listed Building requirements and this has resulted in a good working relationship with heritage building conservation officers throughout the counties of Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire.
We recommend having an initial meeting together with a Listed Building officer. This is helpful as all parties are then aware of one another's requirements and it is this information exchange and ongoing contact that enables us to produce the schedules for a successful project.
Fees are based on each individual project and clients requirements and are negotiated prior to commencement.
